The hotel has a great location in the center of Ubud, full of character and charm. The rooms, although a bit run down and smelling of insecticide, were disappointing after the snake incident. The service was incredibly helpful, with staff coming around daily to ensure everything was alright. The dining experience was okay but could be improved. The facilities are in Balinese style construction, offering a unique atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered great views of the garden from both sides. The staff was wonderful, but there was a slight musty smell in the room. The location was amazing, within walking distance to fantastic shopping, restaurants, and cultural sites. The dining experience was great with lots of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
